Q - What happens if my book doesn’t arrive?
A - All our domestic post is sent with proof of delivery. Overseas shipments will not be sent using a tracked service unless this is specifically requested and a surcharge paid when your order is placed.
If your book hasn’t arrived within a reasonable period please contact us and we’ll do our best to assist.
All our outgoing post is insured, and in the unlikely event that your book is lost in transit we will issue a full refund..
Q - What if I don’t think the book matches your description?
A - Please let us know and we will do our best to assist.
Q - Is it safe to buy online?
A - Your payment will be taken by Biblio.com, and your order is 100% secure. Their payment gateway is fully encrypted with a 256-bit SSL certificate, which is used by all major banks.
Q - Are your books available for purchase on other websites?
A - Yes, we list our books on Amazon and ABEbooks as well, but prices there are higher to offset their high commissions, so this is the only place where you can buy our books at lower prices.
Q - Will I get emails from you after ordering?
A - We never send unsolicited emails and don’t keep a database of customer contact details, unless customers specifically ask us to contact them regarding books they are looking for.
Q - Do you buy books?
A - Yes, if you have books to sell we would be pleased to have a look at them, especially if you live locally to us, or if they are in our areas of interest, which include Pony books; general equestrian; archaeology; folk music.
